Brand and IP
What we made, what we will never use, and how fans can use the art.
Ours #
Glitch the flamingo, Glitch County and its five regions, Glitch FM 99.9 and its segments, the Glitch County Gazette, Glitch Bank, glitch bucks, and every sticker, poster, wallpaper and sound on the site are original work made for this project. The characters have documented designs, colour keys and rules, and every public image is re-encoded clean of embedded metadata.
Not ours, and never used #
This project is themed around a moment in gaming culture. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and it uses nothing of theirs:
- No logos, no lettering styles, no fonts associated with their games.
- No screenshots, trailer frames, footage, leaked material, music or sound.
- No character names, place names or marks from their games in our name, ticker, domain, handles, collection title or art.
- No imitations of their interface. Our heat meter is our own design, and the Glitch Card's tiers have their own names and look.
Grand Theft Auto and GTA VI are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. We mention the game by name only to say what day the countdown ends. We ask the crew to post the same way: your own memes, our stickers, no game footage.
Why we are strict about this #
Because it is the right thing to do, and because an anonymous project cannot contest a takedown without identifying itself. Studios have shut down fan servers that sold NFTs, taken down projects despite disclaimers, won domains that contained their marks, and in 2026 used subpoenas to unmask the operator of a leak-driven memecoin. Disclaimers do not protect anyone. Not using other people's property does. Our characters do not need anyone else's world to exist.
Using our art #
Fans and the crew may use the stickers, the brand kit, the posters and the wallpapers freely:
- For posts, memes, profile pictures, banners, chat stickers and fan content.
- With edits, remixes and captions, as long as the result does not pretend to be an official statement from the crew.
- Not to impersonate us, promote another token or run a scam.
- Not for commercial products or merchandise without asking.

Name collisions #
An unrelated token called Infinite Money Glitch ($IMG) exists on Solana and predates us. We chose the ticker $GLITCH to avoid it, and we say so on the site. Many dead tokens also use $GLITCH. The contract address identifies the project, not the name.
